I do not know of anyone actually funding African Bitcoin development. This is just based off of the 2 years myself and the team at PlebLab have given to African developers and Startups who have participated in our Top Builder program and what they have told us. For two consecutive years we have helped them more with visibility to getting them to where they could get a job in the ecosystem.
