With the NFL season quickly approaching, I’m doing a bit of research into how to watch games this year. Usually I just watch whatever games I get on the broadcast channels in my area, but I’m interested in seeing what my options are.
NFL Sunday ticket sounded interesting, but it’s pricey.
Which services have you had good or bad experiences with? Paid, free, I’d like to hear about it.
With an account at BetPlay, you can stream most sporting events.

Similarly, I’ve definitely been able to watch some games on FanDuel, once I bet on them. I don’t remember which games they were though

You don't have to spend or deposit anything to watch on BetPlay.

Nice! I’ll keep that in my back pocket, or maybe even my front one

How’s the quality of the streams? I think you’ve mentioned them many times, and IIRC they’re decent to eh?
reply
Highly variable. Sometimes you get exactly the same feed you would have paid for and sometimes it's a laggy feed with Bulgarian commentators. Most often, it seems to be the same network the US troops get, so all the ads are military propaganda (which isn't all that different than normal).

That’s hilarious and sad at the same time

I enjoyed the handful of foreign NBA broadcasts I saw, but I'm not sure if I'd enjoy it as much with football where the commentary is a bigger part of the broadcast. Although, I imagine they're also less common, since the NFL doesn't have as much of an international following.

I just watch whatever games are on. I get quite a few games in Canada. Usually 3 1pm games and 2 or 3 4pm games and all the prime time games. If the 49ers aren’t going to be on for a couple weeks I will add DAZN for a month so I can watch the 49ers games. In the past they have been one of the best teams so there was only usually a few games a year they weren’t on the regular channels but might be more this year after their sub par season.

That’s usually what I do, too. I don’t follow a particular team, but I do like to watch players that are on my fantasy team, which can sometimes become a challenge

I just try to watch whatever is on TV but given that I am a Texans fan located in Washington DC its often that I am not able to see them. The options like NFL Sunday are so pricey esp when you compare it to MLB TV. I mean I paid like $120 I think to watch the Astros all year and there are a handful of games that are not available on MLB TV but those are on regular TV. Otherwise I am easily getting 130+ games so its less than a dollar a game.
