I'm looking for recommendations for a dictation app to use on my graphene pixel.
I looked it up online and a bunch of people say good things about Sayboard, but I’ve never tried it myself.

i tested it and it seems like it works. I'm writing you this using the actual say board input.
At first glance it seems like the f droid application doesn't do anything naughty
If it works for you, I simply record myself with a normal recorder app then turn the recording into speech with https://whishper.net/.
Finally, you can use an LLM to clean the transcript into decently structured text if you need that.

Great question! Havent seen anything on f-droid that runs locally, so basically its all looking like spyware.
