APPENDIX: Thanks to 153 very important bitcoiners, plus 41,580 footnotes.

Grokking Bitcoin, The Genesis Book, The Book of Satoshi and 21 Lessons don't fit this format.

I like Allen's commentary on socials, but I have to say, the book was a slog.
Many bitcoin books are collections of essays like this. Knut Svanholm's work, plus 21 Lessons. Those are a different format.
