Sounds like a normal reorg to me with no impact (except perhaps to customer service)

AI should help employees, not replace them. I still think it's good that they didn't fire them; I think that's worse.

now i dont know what is interesting in hiring A.I rather than human. well, Banks claim to care about ā€œpersonal serviceā€ while removing all human interaction. You wait 40 minutes to talk to a chatbot about your missing life savings because it’s ā€œmore efficient.ā€ ain that kind of funny actually. and yeah banks be like guys, u made it that far and help us to generate billion dollars now you rest and be hold the innovation.
