AI should help employees, not replace them. I still think it's good that they didn't fire them; I think that's worse.

now i dont know what is interesting in hiring A.I rather than human. well, Banks claim to care about āpersonal serviceā while removing all human interaction.
You wait 40 minutes to talk to a chatbot about your missing life savings because itās āmore efficient.ā ain that kind of funny actually. and yeah banks be like guys, u made it that far and help us to generate billion dollars now you rest and be hold the innovation.
