I wonder if there isn't more backlash against the Covid-era stuff because it's so infuriating people don't want to think about it anymore.
I find that reading articles like these increases my heart rate significantly. I was living in a particularly blue state at the time: the rudeness of some family and friends was shocking. It was so shitty it only feels like wallowing in shit to go back and raise their behavior with them. If not shit wallowing, very tiresome. I have no faith that people who are willing to yell at children for playing on a playground outside will admit that their behavior was wrong. It will just be spiral of stupid arguments.
Of course, I've never actually tried to speak to any of my neighbors about it. In fact, shook the dust from our heels and moved.
