Welcome to part 3! On the way to Geelong we got blocked off by some sheep for a little bit. It was interesting to see the cattle dog round them up. When we got to Geelong we went and parked over in a Rippleside
I didn’t take any photos on this walk because I left my phone in the car but don’t worry there was plenty of pier walking. On the way back to the van we met Semir a man from Czech Republic we had a lot of similarities and he had a nice playful dog too. He also does scuba diving and has a daughter who is going through some mental health issues. We spoke for quite a while. After that I had an ice cream and ran around the town snapping shots I think this is my favourite.
After snapping was all done we headed to Queenscliff which was where we meet Jody the showwoman last Christmas. I hope she is doing well. I didn’t plan on sleeping in the van so I had no bedding! It was soooooo cold so instead I walked around the town taking photos. Tried sleeping again and couldn’t so decided to go for a drive ended up in Portarlington a few more snaps a little bit of a nap and the back to Geelong for more walks and snaps.
Earlier I had sent Thea a message that was back in Geelong so she said some around for coffee at 9am. It was great catching up with them. Adrian helped me sort out a few things on the van to get it ready to sell. I helped him put the tarp one of his caravans. He sells amazing caravans if you are looking for one let me know and I will get you in contact with him. Also checked on the passion fruit plant which came all the way from the Nursery in Rye.
When I left Thea was out and I forgot to help Adrian fix her bed I remembered today and said I will let him know when I’m back in Geelong so we can fix it. After I left it was time to head back to Apollo Bay for my doctor appointment and that Ladies and Gentlemen is the end of The Rainbow Saga.
Oh I forgot to add I had a cup of tea in Geelong too at Cafe go.
