AI can be harnessed for mass surveillance, Bitcoin mining not so much. That’s why the mainstream media (and their backers) loves it.

I met the Quaise guy at MIT and it will be interesting to see how they play out. Fervo is already drilling and deploying their tech. I've helped out with legislation for supercritical geothermal (the name super hot is dead)
