Except for eating a bunch of cookies in the evening, I mostly stayed on track today.
How are stackers doing on their daily ~HealthAndFitness practices?
I've been running and keep meaning to make posts about it (the accountability is a cool feature) but it's always at the bottom of my priority list.
I've noticed that I will go out running and try a bit harder if I have an idea of writing about it when I'm done.

I feel worse about eating those extra cookies because I know I’m going to write about it.

Didn’t over eat last night. Stopped when full!

That’s a talent I need to acquire.

I am literally devouring fast food right as we speak. Pls don’t make me feel bad 🤪
reply
That’s your conscience. I’m nothing but supportive.

what's the claimed benefit of cold showers?
reply
Cardiovascular stuff. The one that persuaded me is lower resting heart rate.
reply
You fasted for 21 hours? Wow!

I’ve been doing one meal a day for a few weeks now, but I often succumb to eating homemade baked goods in the evening, despite not being hungry.

Those cookies are really deadly, aren't they? When I was doing OMAD, my homemade bread always got me.
reply
They really are my weakness. Pretty much everything else I can leave alone at this point, but not an unattended chocolate chip cookie.
reply
Are they of your making or your wife’s making. I always liked the bread I made versus my wife’s cookies. I especially couldn’t help myself when it was coming fresh out of the oven.
reply
I can stop myself from baking cookies, so the ones that are a delicious problem are the ones she makes.
reply
Yeah, I was baking bread for the whole family at that time. I still can’t resist it when I cook it. I can, somehow, resist the cookies though. I think everyone has a weak point in regards to food.
