The bottle return service in Romania has been operating for about 2 years, and you get 0.5 lei (about $0.12) back for every bottle you throw away.
It would be good to develop a system that offers Bitcoin as a "payment method" in addition to fiat money...
This would allow people not to have to buy Bitcoin in large quantities, but could also get it in a few dollars...
I think it's not a bad idea, but it would require a lot of regulation (especially at the state level) to implement...
