2.- Send it to your cold wallet/ledger.
3.- Hodl.

You better use a Bitcoin only exchange like the cash app or swan.
Also, never sell. Just buy stuff to take profit when you want to.

1- buy BTC on reputable exchanges (FTX, Celsius, Mt Gox)
2- lose it, move to shitcoins and buy them on other exchanges, lose them
3- repeat until you run out of Fiat
