400 pages is a chunk. I'll have to get back to you on it. It's not so much that it isn't something that could happen, more that it is unlikely to happen. People usually don't band together in poor places to start mining Bitcoin. Rather, they more often are sent to mines...
That's a fair point, but guess doesn't make for an optimistic story about our future with Bitcoin. There's a lot of motivation for soverignity as it's under attack from my perspective and hopefully with access to AI and other tools that will only increase, even if people are living humble lives stacking sats.
