It was great. It's always awesome to hang out with family. I also slept a lot, so that's amazing.
Yesterday sounds awesome.
Lots of steps today but that’s about it. Ate pretty healthy and no snacking.
I’ve been sticking to OMAD for the most part but haven’t done a prolonged fast nor have I done yoga this week.
Are there specific benefits from a prolonged fast that you’re interested in?
weight loss and just a kind of physical reset
I usually walk about 10,000 steps—around 4 km—each morning. It’s become a solid part of my routine: helps clear my mind, energize my day, and keeps me consistent. Of course, it’s not just about hitting a number, but rather about feeling strong, present, and ready for what’s ahead.
So, yes, I'm in the barefoot steps.
