Apparently, kernel-level anti-cheat software is conflicting with each other.

~I guess PC gaming has degraded to the point where you need to install a separate OS for each game, lol~

Update: It is explained in the video that this happens because Vanguard (the kernel-level anti-cheat software for Valorant) is running even if you aren't currently playing the game.
