This is the second part of the photoshoot I did with this rock band. They also wanted to do some outdoor photos. They were looking for something that felt like a forest, and to achieve that, we went to my city's park and chose a great spot surrounded by trees to take these photos!
This was the first photo we took. We wanted it to be quite wide because it will be the album cover:
This location was ideal because it had three rocks and three trees that symbolized each of them.
For the next photos, I told them each could get on a rock, and we took this photo:
Then one of the band members told me he really liked a certain tree and wanted a photo there. This was the result:
Then we explored the area looking for more photos, and I saw a very nice spot with a lot of potential. I positioned everyone to bring my idea to life, and we took this photo:
The guy with the mask looked really cool in his spot, so I got closer to take an individual photo of him:
Then the guys positioned themselves by a tree where a strong beam of light was hitting one side and the other side was darker, which was ideal for a high contrast photo:
At that same moment, I got closer to the girl and took an individual photo of her:
And then a photo of the guy with the mask:
To finish this photoshoot, we went to the parking lot to take some photos with one of the band member's cars. This car is a gem and is like a symbol of their band, so these photos couldn't be missed!
And, of course, we also had to take a couple of photos with their musical instruments to allude to the rock band!
All photos were taken with my Canon R8 camera and a 24-105mm f/4 lens, using only natural light.
In the end, the band and I were super happy with the results. I hope you like them as much as we did!
