Using it as money is the best thing you can do with bitcoin.
Whenever I see a small business that takes Bitcoin (even if it's Blink Wallet or something custodial which it usually is) I go there and buy a coffee.
The difficulty is that there just aren't that many places, especially in North America although Europe is much better.
