I honestly am not sure if baseball fans would be able to handle geographic based realignment that would have the Mets, Yankees, Red Sox, and Phillies fanbases all in the same division.... Talk about one of the most toxic things you can think of....

Plus in a game steeped in tradition.... destroying the American and National League.... does baseball really want that?
