It sucks dude, but it will be worth it in the end.

In my experience the main problems are educating others, and educating people in general. People are *really* skeptical about something completely new...

There is no 'employee-onboarding' process or 'new-hire process' or new-person 'orientation' like you would get at a jobsite or a school.

We'll get there eventually though.
