I have already pretty much run a sim NFL Survivor Pool with 3 users and it works. I still need some tweaks because it is not eliminating players who don't make a pick which means we should all not make picks until week 18.

Just default everyone to the Saints. If they don't make a choice, then they're stuck with that pick and elimination will take care of itself.
