There can be sporadic downtime. The service is monitored and we get notified whenever something is down.

Currently at 99.93% uptime for the last 30 days.

I was trying to create one a few days back and ran into an invoice error. I think it’s been fixed but did you guys have any other issues with people trying to pay for an account?
