We are counting down the best ballparks in MLB throughout the 2025 season.
Here is last week's edition. #1083674
This week we move on to #7.
T-Mobile Park- Seattle Mariners
Opened: 1999
Capacity: 47,929
Been to this park and loved it. The first park to really have a retractable roof covering that wasn't a dome allowing for a more traditional baseball stadium look. The park still gets a lot of natural light when the roof is closed and it is located in a great location in Seattle. Nice view of the football stadium and skyline in LF while RF and CF are reserved for the retractable roof and scoreboard. Mariners are good again so we may see this park host some playoff baseball games this year and I wouldn't mind at all.
On to #6 next week.
Sats for all,
GR
Went to the game last night! (5/5)
Braves won 3-2 thanks to a top of the 9th solo home run off the Seattle closer. Seattle tried to make it interesting in the bottom but bats were cold.
Here are some pics I took.
I see why gray has this stadium in the top ten. This is a fantastic ball park. I paid $15 bucks for my seat but the seat was fantastic. I could easily see the field
The Seattle hot dog with the grounder fries and drink ran me $30 haha. I had to go all the way down to the 100 level concession stands to find the dog. On the way back to my seat I missed JPs 2 run jack! Ugh 😩.
Definitely an enjoyable experience the fans were nice they aren’t rabid like Dodgers fans plus the Braves fans travel well could easily hear their cheers when Atlanta did something good.

@BlokchainB took some great pics from the Mariners game he attended last night. Might be good to add to your weekly recap.
Amazing, can i use for the week recap?
Sure!
Looks like it was a great night for a ball game. Is garlic fries a west coast thing because Oracle park in SF also claims to be world famous for garlic fries.
Yeah I would assume so.
Checking this place out tomorrow!!
