How well did you hit your targets, today?
My daughter for some reason is now getting into a habit of waking up right after I fall asleep and only sleeps again after I walk holding her in the lap for around an hour...can I add this to my morning exercise routine?
Apart from this only food is always healthy, been fasting for about 12 hours, nothing else.

You can get some bizarre workouts while trying to get a baby to sleep.
reply
Yeah, right. I'm often doing weight these days and I can see for the first time my athletic body seems to be swelling like body builders. Haha

I remember endlessly swaying my daughter one night. It had to be exactly the same motion or she’d start crying again.
My wife said it was three hours, which is longer than it seemed but my arms were dead afterwards.
reply
My daughter also like swaying but that's the duty of my brother whenever he's at home. Because he's quite muscular, I never bother to ask what happens to his arms after hours of similar rotation.
I've come to realise one thing that whatever pain you feel playing with your kid, (or with any kid) is sweeter and enjoyable.

As @grayruby reminds us, we get to do all of this.
reply
Yeah, he's good in it. I'm pretty sure he used to crawl for hours beside gray and ruby to amuse them when they were toddlers.
reply
Little sleep but got lots of steps in today and did some squats and push ups.
reply
Wow! Is that real exercise going to become a routine?

Yes hoping to get back into doing some exercise each day beyond just walking or playing sports with the kids. I do miss the days of 100 push ups a day until 100k. NFL season is coming so I will have to come up with a 49ers fitness challenge for each week.
reply
How about one pushup per fantasy point?

That will be a lot considering all my guys will be putting up 40 a week.
reply
Spread ‘em out if you must.

Hit a 10k run today, ate some steak and eggs and drank a protein shake.
No pushups, but thats probably fine, a recovery day seems alright.
Tomorrow will be Pushups/Abs Protein shake and eggs
I've always struggled with putting weight on, we'll see how I do

I'm sure we can help you with tacking on mass. That's not a problem for most of us.

I've been 145 pounds for 15 years. Are you guys just taking in a bunch of calories? I think my natural state of being is Caloric deficit + a bunch of activity.
Tips are welcome.

Sounds like you're going to live forever, then.
Assuming you want to keep it healthy, I'd start with finding places to add in more natural sugars, like maple or honey, and oils, like coconut or avocado. Since you have a solid set of habits, just try to tinker around the margins.

I could throw honey into my morning/afternoon coffee, I guess that would be an easy win.
