Not sure if that solves it. Make a comment without funds and no attached wallet. You get an invoice (the item is created, gets an ID, but has status pending/unpaid). Ignore the invoice. Delete the post (otherwise you run into a limit of outstanding invoices). Repeat across different posts (otherwise you trigger a funny overflow in the fee).
