I was able to open my account on 12/20 with my pm email address. I used sms4sats to register with an Estonian phone number. But they probably got my ip address, as I have not (yet) configured vpn on my laptop. 😔

Learning from the #TwitterFiles experience, it's very likely that 

 silicon Valley tech companies, including openai, are infiltrated by govt agencies.

The creators use a particular technique called Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback (RLHF), which uses human feedback in the training loop to minimize harmful, untruthful, and/or biased outputs.
