@MerryOscar - minor feedback for the app. Just my $0.02... who doesn't love unsolicited feedback? I give this, cause I want Fountain to succeed.
The UI wasn't super clear what a "boost" was in the context of Fountain. I didn't understand if I was signing up for a re-occurring payment/commitment, or a one-off payment. And then, I didn't understand if I was "boosting" a specific episode or the entire podcast itself.
It's probably me being dumb, but, the experience slowed me down from actually paying. It added unnecessary friction.
It might have made me pause, because it was beside the "per minute" option. I thought "is a boost per post?".
I didn't want to test a small amount, because I didn't want to be cheap. But I also didn't want to sign up for an annuity of a large amount, because I am cheap. haha.
Consider a setting to toggle "paying mode", then de-clutter the UI based on that.

Thanks for the feedback this is really helpful and yes you're right we need to do a much better job of explaining what Boosting is and the difference between that and the streaming payments. We have an updated player design in the works which should help on that front.
