Haha I went a little hard on the sweets tonight. A few mini oatmeal cookies a few dark and milk chocolate peanut butter cups and some 1% milk to flush it all down. But I hit 13k steps and ran half mile in 3 mins
I ate more than a few cookies and they weren't mini and they didn't have oatmeal in them.

If it wasn’t for my sweet tooth I would be at my target body fat already

If it weren't for mine, I doubt I ever would have passed my target weight (or even had to think about something like target weight).
