I'm having no luck with it, it seems to be all telco fluff but nothing about how they implement the EC directive on capturing traffic logs. Have sent 2 emails to people that actually know Polish law that can point me in a better direction.

The only cool thing that I found is that apparently telcos are not allowed to just take info off your device. That's illegal. lol.
