It's amazing after all these years the 49ers special teams can still be so bad. Haha. CMC looks great though. Purdy looks good other than the one bad decision against a good D. That was definitely PI on the 3rd down play.
In the kindest way possible, I hope you have egg on your face lol. I actually believe Willis is talented and MLF did a great job putting him in positions to win, but Love is the better option and it's not close when he's not hurt which he was most of last year.
Honestly... I think you could make an arguement for either. Which is probably quite damning on the cards seeing as the saints are in effectively a rebuild.
This is the shit Purdy was doing last year when he was short guys. Trying to force things when they aren't there. Take the check down, pick up a few yards and try to make a play on 3rd down. Stupid.
I ended up with Tua in another league as my best QB... I am cooked in that league... I forgot about the draft and ended up auto drafting... It's a very tough roster to work with.
Not a terrible first half on the road against a divisional opponent with a good D. Would have been nice if Moody made the gimmie kick but with Moody you need to bake in at least one miss a game.
They need to get Stout straightened out though. He is getting cooked.
Haha I just said the same thing. It's a tough spot because Farrell is good in the run game but doesn't help much in the pass game. They could go with Tongues but he isn't a very good blocker.
Fortunately they have a good blocking TE now with Farrell so that should help in the run game but it will definitely hurt in the pass game. They are already really thin at WR with Aiyuk hurt. Robinson suspended and Jennings with only 1 weeks of practice.
Let's see how the second half plays out. Other than Stout, I am pretty pleased with how the young guys have played. The OLine is getting worked over but I expected that with how good the Seahawks DLine is and how good of a scheme MacDonald runs.
Stefanski is one of my favourite HCs really clever offensive mind. But he's been dealt the worst hand in the worst organisation. I kinda hope he leaves and goes somewhere else... Miami might have an opening soon.
