Grateful to Be in Top 10

We've just had the first round of FM. And I just wanted to pause for a moment to express how grateful I am. To have my entry come in at on the Top 10 list here in this contest is both inspiring and humbling.

When I posted, I had no idea that it would resonate with so many. The appreciation, criticism, zaps, and question-rising comments from other Stackers made the process more gratifying than the product. It's what makes SN special — it's not publishing content, it's creating with others, encouraging each other, and celebrating creativity in all forms.

I also want to thank for something significant: there's so many fantastic stories here that quite easily could have been included in the Top 10. I don't take this honor for granted at all. Rather, I look at it as a reminder of how much inspiration and talent streams through this community every day.

For me, it's not just a recognition of one post — it's a testament to the giving, decentralized, and living community that SN has become. Each story that gets shared, each zap, each thoughtful response adds up to something bigger than any one person.

So thank you, seriously, to everyone who took the time to read, comment, and support. Well done to the other great contributors in the Top 10 as well — your work continues to inspire and challenge me.
