Maybe I don't get the scope of the territory but this is a new gadget that is coming out that is able to read your thoughts. Its early but you can signup to get notified when its available for purchase

If you watch the video they are using a device that's the "gadget" I was reporting on. Hardware can read your thoughts from some electrodes but details are thin
