What if one is indeed wrong and it’s not “psychological attacks” from “enemies”?

I think the message should be about humility and admitting one can be wrong and that’s okay.

Admitting that you're wrong is arguably also a form of speaking your mind. You shouldn't fear being wrong if you can admit it and learn. No one is always right.

holographic principle is only about the local topology; there could still be effective isomorphisms between neighborhoods emerging within it and various different shapes in higher dimensions.

these things are interesting diversions, although they really are just the modern "how many angels can fit on the head of a pin"

i don't see anything saying what it's about. i think the message stands on its own. and if someone believes in a flat earth, they should speak their mind if they want to. if everyone believed in a flat earth and i believed in a round one, i'd hope to have the courage to say so.

Looking up the definition of courage:

the ability to do something that frightens one; bravery.

Believing in a flat earth is not courageous, because they have nothing to be frightened of (except maybe getting laughed out the room), it is delusional.

Or do you think @benwehrman is frightened when he confidently talks about globetards?

As much as I agree with the message (and I've zapped it!), I find entertaining the idea of a flat earth a complete waste of my personal time. But tbf, I think the message is very important, and should absolutely not be dismissed because we disagree on the shape of the earth...
