Is it recommended to simply add Lightning Address, generated right from LN Wallet invoice, to nostr account (i.e. via astral.ninja client)? How long lived, private, secure is sharing these addresses on nostr? Will address continue to correctly direct tips to issuing wallet over time or will they time out and have to continue to be updated with new ones? If replaced with new addresses, will tips sent to old ones get lost?

Otherwise, what is LUD06 and how does one implement it?
