Stayed up late watching football. Bad decision. Tried a different grip on the dead hang and it felt like a big improvement.

I started doing weighted push ups recently by carrying my older son on my back. Requires less reps to provide a similar stress to my muscles. Also saves a bit of time.
Today:
Nice! As you get stronger, you can just pop more kids on there.
I want to try with my daughter on my back. She's close to 115lbs. Should be quite a challenge haha.
Still don't trust my feet/ankles enough to do things like squats/running, but almost feel 100% again.

Still got a little bit of soreness while walking on the affected foot... I still don't feel confident putting too much weight or pressure on it, but I can walk and even run if I had to.
Ran to school today.
8717 steps so far.
Approaching 4pm. I think I will walk 12k steps today
