I started doing weighted push ups recently by carrying my older son on my back. Requires less reps to provide a similar stress to my muscles. Also saves a bit of time.
Today:
  • 15 push ups carrying 72lbs
  • 8km run
  • 85 seconds dead hang
  • cold shower
  • 16,326 steps

Ran to school today. 8717 steps so far. Approaching 4pm. I think I will walk 12k steps today
