Calling all stackers!
Leave a comment below to let the SN community know what you're working on this week. It doesn't matter how big or small your project is, or how much progress you've made.
Just share what you're up to, and let the community know if you want any feedback or help.
Boring research stuff. Gotta teach a collaborator how to use git because they've never used it before, but I manage all my research projects with it now.
Migrating our existing database to fit my refactor of our new ledger for payments and their related data. I've been playing with the metaphor of SN being a blockchain but there's only a single, ever-growing block - almost exclusively in the sense that payment things are immutable and incredibly explicit.
Welp, at this point you might as well store all our messages in

I just got back from a seven-week trip. I need to unpack and clean and then figure out how I make some more money.
Research! Of the forensic kind. Much fun! Especially since I script->assess->refine with some downtime between runs, so its relaxed too.
I'm creating a presentation deck to pitch my project to a VC type.
The easiest way to explain my project, is like a bitcoin protocol superimposed to other domain.
For example, Nostr is basically bitcoin protocol superimposed to social media domain.
Wish me luck please, my project can truly change the world.
Fixing what i ruined by careless vibing
This week, my project has two fronts:
Low-time-preference parenting for a high-time-preference world. Keep stacking, fam.
Good subject, my theory is that with sound money we'll fulfill our innate human desire to return to eden, we're wired to just putter around our gardens with our families but fiat keeps us on a treadmill instead.

Today I wasted my day with this crap API response from a company.....has anyone ever seen something like this?
looks like maybe using wrong encoding? what kind of request are you making?
A normal GET should bring all the client information...!! I've already changed the Content-Type, and the Accept doesn't work; it remains the same. Our integration uses UTF-8. For me, it's the database language encoding. I think I'll validate that with the client.
You sure it's not gzip or brotli?
Yes, 100%, I do that integration around more or less in 5 clients per month, I have already sent the client for validation.
Brainstorming on how to make Hosted channels better, and reaching out to Local Bitcoin communities in Africa to collaborate and help merchants accept Bitcoin with Valet.
