I saw the new the user-created markets feature on Predyx and had to give it a try. I just flipped a coin, and hashed the outcome as follows:

At midnight, I will reveal the outcome and secret string, to ensure fairness.
Choose "Yes" for heads, "No" for tails!

If you want an outcome that is unknown to yourself, too, you could use "the last digit of the hash of block #915999 is even/odd".
Yeah, but then the miners can manipulate the market. In this case, only I can!
