I've definitely been slacking lately.
Are you all sticking with your routines?
sigh... had a late night out last night (not eating or partying, just dealing with an issue for a friend). was tired and raided the fridge in the morning.
on a more positive note, foot is feeling better by the day

Healthy food - yeah. Have you ever tried aloo paratha with curd? I only had them yesterday at about three PM now it's about 9 AM so an 18 hours fast since then.
Aloo = potato
Sleep - 6 hours
Stretching - yes like a pro today
Others -- just didn't .
Aloo is one of the few words I know. I haven’t tried that dish though.
Try it it's delectable, however it's cooked like my mother does.
This is simply a butter baked bread stuffed with boiled potatoes mashed with some spices.
Actually, I think I have tried it, or something very similar.
It was very good
Fighting a sore throat. Hopefully it doesn't turn into anything bad. Not feeling as strong too, but still tried my weighted push ups with my son on my back.
During my run tonight, a guy passed me when I got to the park that I usually run around. The competitor in me pushed me to chase and stay with him for the 3km lap before running home. Pushed me to go faster than usual for that 3km, but I was pretty happy I was able to keep up.
