Left-leaning / traditional liberal, yes. But "leftist" - no.
To clarify, I think I actually mean left-leaning/traditional liberal here.
”Leftists” seem too stubborn ideologically.

I don't have any articles/videos to share, but for left leaning people I'd probably start by asking them why they think real wages have stagnated and inequality has increased. The goal would be to get them to first understand the Cantillon effect and the pernicious effects that fiat money has on social equality
Edit: Also, if they say that inequality is due to corporate greed, I will ask them when have corporations not been greedy? By contrast, we can point to a specific date (1971) in which any safeguard against rampant monetary inflation were lifted
