Bitcoin doesn't care either way the next block will be mined. I think it's the adoption by other countries and the false advertising that El Salvador is the land of the free just because of legal tender. It would be stupid to say his actions don't affect the adoption of Bitcoin from a government level and the acceptance as a citizen by this example.
