
Today, I want to share a studio style photoshoot I did for a birthday girl. She was turning 15 that day, and her mother gave her a photoshoot as a gift to remember this very special day.
We started the photoshoot with some photos of the girl sitting on the posing cube. I've learned that when we start this way, people feel more comfortable since they are seated. And since the poses keep their hands busy, people look less stiff in front of the camera:

I guided her with the poses the whole time to help her feel more confident.

And the next thing was to take a couple of photos with the birthday cake while we slightly varied the poses:




Then the girl wanted to take a crouching photo with the cake:

At this point, the girl was already excited about her photos because they were turning out so well, and that made me happy. The job was already done.
We finished the photoshoot with the classic photo with the number balloons:
