I'm in full 'wild west mode', and honestly, I've seen some outlaws out there, and sometimes I didn't even get why. I'm seriously bad at spotting slops, maybe because it's not my first language.
Yes, territory owners, you may thank me for the extra sats in rev, lol.
The rewards pool thanks you too!

I let a lot of it just sit at the bottom of the comments, the hardest targets are the slop spammers and other assmilkers.

Only 30% - would be better if that were more (inverted, or simply all), to not reward territory owners for slop. If I downzap on my own territory I get a 70% discount though - that's the only aligned incentive about it. But it's more profitable to let someone else do it, that's the misaligned incentive.

I was under the impression that downzaps went entirely to the rewards pool. Are you sure that’s how it works? In reality, there’s no real incentive for an average stacker to downzap and spend valuable sats, though I’m not sure there should be one either, since it might lead to unintended consequences.

It would be better if it doesn't lead to outlaw, imho. So everything stays visible but just bottom-ranked. But then, I'm still not entirely convinced about zaprank either and I personally prefer
recent
over hot
in territories I subscribe to (currently only ~ai and ~bitcoin_beginners). It's just that hot
is still pretty amazing because I am aligned with many of the high-trust stackers. But in recent
, outlaw is useful.reply
Yeah, I don’t think it should turn into an outlaw either. It could just show that it got downzapped instead.
