We’ve all been there…

Day 1: “I’m gonna work out every single day!”
Day 2: 🥵 goes way too hard
Day 7: …already burnt out.

The truth?
It doesn’t have to be all or nothing.

If you set out to hit squats, RDLs, lunges, calf raises and life gets in the way — don’t skip.
Do 3 minutes of lunges at home. Log it. Stack the win.

Consistency > perfection.
Intensity matters, but it only pays off if you keep showing up.
Small deposits add up — that’s how you build proof of work.

Moving past mistakes is definitely something I struggle with.

One of my favorite sayings is "Done is better than perfect."
