It wanders up and down. I haven't seen it higher than about halfway up the first screenfull (maybe sixth or seventh place?) and when I loaded the site just now it was eleventh, below things like "Taste and see that the Lord is good" (221 zaps, 1 comment) and the new daily saloon (no zaps or comments yet).

As @k00b wrote above, the boosts don't behave the way one might expect.
