Never mind. They moved the LN balance to onchain wallet so that's easy to move.

Yes. Honest custodian has your address when these types of channels initialized and these bytes are carried in the state forever. This is exact case for this feature, to refund users if host can't operate anymore.

No SBW should have replace purposely BLW because Google also changes a lot in androids and bloom filters were deprecated (BLW had spv client).
Also SBW should have had private channels routing.
