Hopefully in the future as the economic situation in the US worsens Bitcoin miners wont become like Jews in Germany in 1930's and 40's. They were blamed for everything and all their possesions stolen. But if the 4th reich were to happen in the US which i think it will, its just a matter of time, and if they were to nationalize mining, it would probably be to mine honestly because thats how u maximize profits. So it would be sad but Bitcoin will probably be fine.

I like the fact that a state government is recognizing the benefit of bitcoin mining for the electric grid. It's been tough articulating this argument in simple enough terms for a bureaucrat to understand.
