I learned about Bitcoin and became obsessed about it... consumed so much valuable info .... but after a while, you'd hear the same repetitive stuff that you already know and you eventually get bored/disinterested....what YOU you dislike the most?

I feel sometimes we really fall short on lack on compassion and empathy.

The fact that we want to protect freedom or individualism shouldn't mean we want a dog eats dog world. Unfortunately, there are those who can't provide for themselves. I understand that most of us want to cut the state's wings, because we believe the state is corrupt and evil and won't help the needy anyways.

But I guess we should remember that, once the state is out, the responsibility (not obligation) of looking after the needy will fall on us. And it will be up to us to decide if want to help others altruistically or not.

I work for a county hospital (yes there is excessive waste with gov) and routinely diagnose uninsured, undocumented patients with cancer, heart failure etc and cannot otherwise afford follow-up or medications. Many would vote to leave them to the free market.

Then I see a bitcoiner donate a whopping 5k sats to a cause and then proclaim how amazing and generous bitcoiners are, as though they're pricing in the cost of BTC 30 years into the future.

Eth talk is the biggest turn off, I've been on pods & twitter spaces where the same stuff are shared (pre-mined, centralised, etc...) .... I know such info is valuable to a newbie but I cant hear that

Now, I only consume content related to Bitcoin companies and projects

I would say price talk is the absolute biggest time-wasting element of bitcoin, it really offers nothing to the conversation.

Most often times, but not always.

Content that explains number go up technology is foundational info for Bitcoiners.

Summed up, Bitcoin will outperform everything else because everything else inflates its supply faster than Bitcoin.

And what's worse is that Bitcoin acts as a monetary energy black hole. This is a function of the halving. Eventually Bitcoin becomes infinitely hard money. Nothing else can compete with this.

I wouldn't say that price discussion happens often, mostly its some it went from 1 - 1.4, 5, 100 + time frame, its the same garbage content those bybit shills put out and is just complete noise
