Societies have been avoiding libertarian ideology for millennia, because unlike statists, we don't have a gang to go around collecting protection fees for our pet projects. But now, because of Bitcoin, we can cut them off.
The role of governments throughout history has been to steal money from civilians and waste it. There is only upside to them losing their ability to waste other people's money.
I look forward to you going off somewhere and enjoying your Libertarian utopia without any government stealing from you, just leave me out of it...I rather retain the common good consensus, infrastructure, rule of law, security and wealth that only governments can provision.

By that logic a regime can run up a global high score of mass murder and still claim to be the best available provider of rule of law and security. Which is indeed what one of them did.
Anyway, Bitcoin is that libertarian utopia where the government stops stealing from you. That's all the price action represents. It's simply a lack of government theft.

Competition for territory, wealth and security is woven into DNA.
Not sure whether Libertarians will survive, let alone thrive, but good luck!
