- From here till next Tuesday refers to a great distance or a long time.
- Blackout Wednesday is the night before the Thanksgiving holiday in the USA, which is alway a Thursday.
- Throwback Thursday is when you post a photo of yourself and the photo must be from a different era in your life.
- ‘Thank God It’s Friday’ refers to satisfaction with the end of the work week.
- Saturday night special is a cheap and small gun.
- Your Sunday best are your smartest clothes.

Cause if you think that thanks, at last, we are on friday, it may mean that everyday will be a hard day....

Funny how each day carries its own cultural weight. “Blackout Wednesday” especially feels like a modern ritual disguised as tradition. Makes you wonder how much of our weekly rhythm is shaped by habit more than intention.
