Back in the spring I did weekly workout reports here on SN... Never got too much engagement or sats for 'em, but they kept me honest and I enjoyed doing them (e.g., here: #993878).
So, here's a tentative step(!) towards doing something similar: weekly step report
Mon: 8k Tue: 16k Wed: 21k Thu (office day): 5k Fri: 19k Sat: 22k Sun: 18k
= 109k
Plotted out like that it looks amazing, like big double-digit numbers ALMOST EVERY DAY... but when averaged for the week (15k a day), it's not that impressive.
we'll see how this goes... if nothing else it's a nice lil territory donation to @realBitcoinDog

Whatever number you got, there's always an Asian that will hit a higher number. Haha.

Do you think that more steps is equivalent to better health? Or, is there another reason you're pursuing additional daily steps?
Just curious - I'm not saying that more steps is worse, and obviously completely inactivity is bad.

Nah, not really. I don't know enough to say that there's some sort of correlation, more = better

Impressive. The most I have done in a week is 120k

But did you write 109,000 words?
