Welcome to Books & Articles Weekly.

We have a different look today, thanks to @plebpoet’s suggestion. I moved the index so that the current week’s content is more immediately readable. I think this is better, but I’m open to suggestions. Speaking of content, I’m happy to say that we are seeing quality posts. Zapping is light, but that seems to be just the way it is lately. @denlillaapan gets top honors, just like the old days, but his post didn’t get nearly the attention it deserved. He appears to be revealing that Bitcoin Magazine edited one of his articles using AI, and the motives for this are intriguing. I hope we learn more soon. Suspiciously, the link to the BM article appears broken.

The other big news is the announcement of the pre-sale of the first edition of Bitcoin Art Magazine. @asanoha spread the news of the raffle through a generous boost post, and we are grateful to be part of their debut.

I’m also happy to report that speakingyourtruth, who used to post regularly here, has returned to Stacker News as @deluluwithjuju_. The announcement is among the top posts below.

As for other submissions, we are continuing to get a very good flow of original content, including fiction, poetry, and book reviews. That’s why I felt the need to include more suggestions than usual this week.

Thanks to everyone who contributed.

There is a zap award for the top 5 posts weekly. It will be broken down as follows:

  1. 1000 sats
  2. 250 sats
  3. 250 sats
  4. 250 sats
  5. 250 sats

Posts will be judged using SN zaprank. The cut off time is 9:00am EST (1300GMT) Saturday morning. I will post the top 5 winners shortly around 9:00am every Saturday morning.

I reserve the right to not award any sats for the week. I also reserve the right to deny sat awards to bare link posts. I recognize that link posts can be valuable, so I will only only exercise discretion for low quality links that garner few sats or engagement from stackers.

Happy reading!

As always, please reply with suggestions and opinions on how to make this territory better.

@TheFictionFactory has also been regularly giving us a look into his latest work. Check it out.

I really liked this poem by @Kontext that hew rote a few years back and forgot about. I’m glad he posted it here.

A sad, relatable slice of life gem.

Always appreciate your shout-outs, @siggy47, and I'm also glad I re-discovered that poem. Having a gander at your weekly roundups, it's funny how SN feels like a very small community, yet I'm always amazed at how much creative output most of the people in this corner of the Internet seem to be capable of putting out! Just wish I had all the hours in the day to read through most of it, haha.

Yay I like this. A very pleasant update.

Wouldn’t have known that @deluluwithjuju_ is back if I hadn’t read this! I feel like your newsletter helps to solidify the connections we have with each other
