Free markets without regulatory and rule of law oversight are an oxymoron trotted out by naive Libertarians who would not survive a night out in the woods.
Only those who think they can avoid contributing to the collective common good while enjoying the immense and tangible benefits of government provisioned of rule of law, regulated markets, infrastructure and security.
If you want to be free of the government go somewhere there is none.
But you don't because you are a hypocrit parasite.
Go live in Haiti or the jungle.
